It’s unfortunate, but we must plan education policies, allocate funds and take the fear out of the heart of government in order that children may thrive regardless of family status. Education is to be non-political and thus provide and design strategies for equity in excellence for all. Early education interventions and programming must remain proactive across the board. Count children in-every one!
